Our story
After successfully building an internationally recognized marketing firm serving clients small and large including Fortune 500 companies all across the world and managing marketing budgets in the millions monthly, Brad Kothlow decided to take his marketing acumen and apply it to the world of Real Estate and founded the Real City Group.
In four short years, Brad has built one of Greater Vancouver's top real estate teams, the Real City Group, celebrating over 450+ homes sold to date.

LEADS
Our agents have a consistent flow of leads every month. On average each agent receives 100-200 leads with the ability to turn the leads down or up depending on the time the agent has to work on them. All leads are high quality google leads with full contact information and we provide systems including drips and scripts to assist the agent in converting them into clients. You can expect a full sales funnel within 90 days.
TRAINING
We provide our agents with 90 day onboarding training tailored to the agents experience. If you are new, we have A to Z training including writing contracts, using paragon, setting up showing tours, leading your customer to purchase, negotiating, and first-class customer service. With our experienced agents, we assess where you are at in your professional development and help to fill in the gaps. All of our agents are high-producing!
